Two days to certified potential consulting.
In a compact two-day certification, you learn to use the AECdisc® potential analysis professionally and to interpret personality profiles with confidence. It is based on the scientific work of C. G. Jung, W. M. Marston and Eduard Spranger.
You work on real case studies, practise interpreting behaviour and motive structures and learn to match requirement profiles with personality profiles. A marketing module shows you how to integrate the analysis into your own offer.
If you are already certified, the one-day master level deepens interpretation and application.
