2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, as is technically necessary for any website visit. Netlify offers a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement for this processing.
3. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar).
4. Enquiry Forms
When you submit one of our forms (free analysis or partner programme), your details are transmitted to Google Apps Script, a Google service. The data transmitted are salutation, name, email address, the company name for business clients, your choice of business client or individual, and the language of the page. Google Apps Script stores these details in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) and notifies us by email. For technical reasons, your IP address is also transmitted to Google.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We use your details solely to process your enquiry, send you the access code and contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). We delete the details as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contacting Us by Email
If you contact us via one of the email links on this website, your own email program opens. Your email address and the content of your message are processed exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract, or legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
